Service Description
This mini prenatal class will cover the basics of labour, birth and the immediate postpartum. We will focus on your individual situation and what you need to know for your birth. We will cover what baby wants, the normal biology of birth, common interventions, the golden first hour and more. Partners are encouraged to come and learn how they can be a good support during birth. This can be divided into 2 or 3 sessions. Please note: for travel more than 30kms from Lloydminster there is an additional mileage fee.
Cancellation Policy
I understand that life can be hectic at times and I certainly get baby brain but I do ask that if you need to cancel or reschedule to try and let me know 24 hours prior to your appointment.
